Your Rights, Our Rules

Welcome to pp999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and pp999 ("pp999", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the pp999 platform, available at pp999-jit.com and all associated mobile and web interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise using any service provided by pp999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pp999 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pp999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, these documents set out the complete framework governing your relationship with pp999.

To register and use pp999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pp999 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing pp999 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of pp999 or any of its affiliated suppliers.
• You must not be self-excluded from pp999 or from online gambling through any formal self-exclusion programme.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended pp999 account unless pp999 has explicitly reinstated your access in writing.

During registration you are required to provide your full legal name, valid Pakistani phone number, date of birth and a password. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. pp999 reserves the right to request documentary verification — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at any point before processing a withdrawal. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one pp999 account. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pp999 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pp999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings.

You must not share your pp999 login details with any other person. Any activity that takes place through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pp999 support immediately at support@pp999-jit.com.

pp999 will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat. Any communication claiming to be from pp999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• Keep your login credentials private and never share them with others.
• Update your password regularly and use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Log out of pp999 when using shared devices.
• Enable 2FA for an additional layer of account protection.
• Keep your registered phone number and email address current so that pp999 can contact you about account security matters.

pp999 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder. During any lock period, no bets can be placed and no withdrawals processed. pp999 will contact the account holder directly to resolve the lock as quickly as possible.

All financial transactions on pp999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pp999 does not apply any currency conversion fees or additional transaction charges for standard deposits and withdrawals made through the supported payment channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer – IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposit limits: The minimum single deposit is Rs 50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional identity verification steps.

Withdrawal limits: The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 100. Standard members may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per 24-hour period. VIP members have higher withdrawal limits. Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require additional KYC documentation before processing.

Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 60 seconds for verified Standard members and under 30 seconds for VIP members. IBFT bank transfers complete within the same working day. Card withdrawals complete within 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

pp999 only processes withdrawals to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account or that have been verified by pp999's compliance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all members.

All bets placed on pp999 are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting market. In cases of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference number from pp999. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference have not been accepted. Technical errors or connectivity issues that prevent confirmation do not constitute accepted bets.

Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum single bet stake on pp999 is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, sport and member tier. The maximum stake for any single bet is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. pp999 reserves the right to adjust individual member stake limits based on betting patterns.

Odds changes: Odds on pp999 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. When you add a selection to your bet slip, the quoted price is locked for 30 seconds. If the odds change materially before you confirm, pp999 will display the updated price and you may choose to accept it or decline.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void by pp999 in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours or cancelled without rescheduling.
• Manifestly incorrect odds were offered due to a pricing error — pp999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices and refund the stake.
• The bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement (in-play timing errors).
• The relevant sport governing body rules the result void for any official reason.

Voided bets are refunded as a credit to your pp999 wallet at the full stake value. Voided legs of accumulators are settled at odds of 1.00 (evens), meaning the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.

Settlement: pp999 settles all bets based on the official result confirmed by the relevant sport governing body. For cricket, this means the result declared by the umpires at close of play or the DLS method result in weather-affected matches. pp999 does not accept liability for any delay in official result confirmation.

pp999's casino section — including fishing games, jackpot slots, the Aviator crash game and all other game categories — operates using games supplied by licensed third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

The house edge varies between game types. Jackpot slots typically have a Return to Player (RTP) of 92–97%. Fishing games have a built-in house margin that varies by table stake level. The Aviator game operates on a provably fair system where the multiplier outcome is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by pp999 or by any player.

Fishing game bullet costs and payout multipliers are as displayed in the relevant game interface at the time of play. Boss fish events and special multipliers are triggered by RNG and cannot be predicted or manipulated. pp999 does not guarantee the frequency of boss fish appearances or special events.

In the event of a game software malfunction or disconnection that interrupts an active game round on pp999:

• If the round result cannot be recovered, the stake will be refunded in full to your pp999 wallet.
• If the round result can be recovered from server logs, it will be applied and settled normally.
• pp999 is not liable for any connectivity issues caused by your device or internet service provider.

pp999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Every active promotion on pp999 has specific terms attached — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum stake per bet when using bonus funds, and an expiry date. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and in your bonus wallet before you opt in.

General bonus rules that apply to all pp999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in the bonus amount (but not any winnings) being removed from the account.
• When bonus and real money funds coexist in a pp999 wallet, real money is used first for bets placed unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Minimum odds for qualifying bets placed with bonus funds are as stated in the specific promotion terms — typically 1.50 or higher for sports betting bonuses.
• Jackpot game bets placed with bonus funds typically contribute at a lower rate (e.g. 10%) towards wagering requirements compared to standard slots (100%) and sports bets (100%). Exact contribution rates are shown per promotion.
• pp999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account where abuse or circumvention of bonus terms is suspected, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies employed specifically to clear bonus wagering, and coordinated multi-account activity.

pp999 may modify, withdraw or extend any promotional offer at any time. Changes to active promotions that have already been claimed by a member will not apply retroactively to that member's current bonus balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp999. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances without exception:

• Registering more than one pp999 account under any circumstances.
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using any software, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool or automated system to interact with pp999 in a way that circumvents or manipulates normal gameplay, betting patterns or the bonus system.
• Using payment methods that are not registered to you personally or that belong to another person.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches or system malfunctions for financial gain on pp999.
• Colluding with other players — whether in sports betting markets, poker, casino games or any other competitive format — to manipulate outcomes or share information unfairly.
• Money laundering or using pp999 to process funds that originate from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble or otherwise interfere with pp999's software, platform code or data infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pp999 staff members or other members through any communication channel.

pp999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected criminal activity conducted through the platform. In cases where legal requirements demand it, pp999 will share account information and transaction records with law enforcement without prior notification to the account holder.

pp999 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pp999 member at no cost, accessible from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your pp999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net loss you can incur within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets or game rounds can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been logged into pp999 for a specified period of continuous time.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your net gaming result during the current session — a useful tool for maintaining awareness of spending.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion is actioned immediately. During any self-exclusion period, your account is locked and pp999 will not send you any marketing communications.

pp999 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided and all funds returned to the source payment method after verification.

All content on the pp999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, game interfaces, odds data, written content, graphics, icons, software and database structure — is the exclusive property of pp999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, download or store any substantial portion of pp999's content for commercial purposes.
• Republish, redistribute or resell any pp999 content including odds data without prior written consent.
• Use pp999's brand name, logo or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the pp999 platform using automated means.

All game content on pp999's casino and fishing games sections is licensed from third-party game studios. Intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. pp999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp999's total liability to any member in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pp999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of pp999.
• Service interruptions or platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events or internet connectivity issues outside pp999's direct control.
• Any decision you make to place a bet or play a game on pp999, including any financial loss resulting from that decision.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Inaccurate live sports data or score information displayed on the pp999 platform where such inaccuracy originates from a third-party data feed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes pp999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

You may request the closure of your pp999 account at any time by contacting support@pp999-jit.com. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

pp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• There is reason to believe a member has breached these Terms or any applicable law.
• A member's activity is identified as fraudulent, abusive of the bonus system or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
• A member is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A member is found to hold multiple pp999 accounts.
• pp999 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order or law enforcement agency.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, pp999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Members who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting pp999 support with relevant documentation. pp999 will respond to all closure appeals within 5 business days.

pp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a pp999 member — we will notify you by sending a message to your registered phone number or email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Where a change is non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, improvements to clarity or additions of minor clarifying language that do not change the substance of any provision — pp999 may update these Terms without prior notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of pp999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to pp999's operations. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with pp999 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
